When I started working out with Coach Pat and Coach Steve I was 180 lbs. I went three times a week to the gym and trained and worked hard. They gave me the skills to defend myself which built my self confidence and self esteem. The workout at first was demanding, after breaking down and rebuilding my body I looked forward to going every week. I still use their skills and mantras in my every day life. Coach Steve and Coach Pat became role models and mentors for me which helped me through middle school. I am a totally new person and have the self confidence to tackle anything in my life! I brought my son to Coach Pat and Steve in 2020. My son was being bullied in school and was having a really hard time. I heard about their anti bullying program through word of mouth. When my son first started their program he was out of shape and had very low self esteem. Coach Pat and Coach Steve welcomed my son with open arms. They pushed him through each session and refused to let him quit on himself even though at times he wanted to. They taught him how to first respect himself and value who he was as a person. Their motivational speeches was absolutely amazing. My son grew to view them as father figures. Though their program my son lost weight, got in shape, and gained an incredible amount of self confidence and self esteem. He now loves going to school and has come out of his shell as the kid we knew he could be. We can’t being to explain how important Steve and Pat have been to my son. Their program is absolutely incredible for children of all ages.
