Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering, just as our dedication to anti-bullying education. This policy covers a span of 30 days from your booking. If 30 days have lapsed since the booking, we regret that we cannot offer a refund minus booking penalty or exchange.

Booking Deposits and Payments
To secure your engagement and facilitate effective planning, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount should be settled two weeks before the scheduled event. For events booked within two weeks, full upfront payment is necessary at the time of booking.

Discount Code
We’re thrilled to extend a special discount to our valued clients. Enter the code “BULLYFREE” at checkout to enjoy a substantial reduction in the package price. This code remains constant even when included in our mailings, ensuring consistent savings.

Additional Disclosures
In addition to our standard speaking contract, we have incorporated essential details for seamless event coordination. The venue’s provision of a sound system, microphones, screen, and technical support is crucial for a successful presentation. Our team will arrive 45 minutes early to ensure everything is meticulously prepared.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If the event is rescheduled and approved by Patrick Shannon, no penalty will be applied. However, in the event of cancellation, a penalty equivalent to 25% of the total booking fee will be incurred.

Package Information
Our comprehensive package empowers schools, districts, and boards to champion anti-bullying efforts effectively. The standard package value is $8000, yet we are thrilled to offer a special discounted rate of $7000 with the code “BULLYFREE.”
